6. Lesson Scheduling and Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee, at our discretion.

6.3 Instructor Absence

If an instructor is unable to conduct a scheduled lesson, we will provide alternative arrangements, including rescheduling or providing a substitute instructor.
